Terms and Conditions
1. Registration will be confirmed when the student has paid the full amount of the course selected. The course fees can be paid online via UPI/bank transfer/Paytm/PayPal.
2. The registration includes the right to attend the course, to be present in the examination and to obtain the corresponding certification on completion of the course.
3. The Language Guardian reserves the right to postpone or cancel a batch in case the minimum number of students required for a batch have not registered.
4. The Language Guardian does not have the obligation to make-up for time lost by the student through absence.
5. Request for batches transfer may be considered only Before the midterm examination of their current course.
6. Student is expected to attend all the classes regularly. Course completion Certificate can be provided only after Student maintains a minimum of 75% attendance during the course.
7. The Language Guardian will provide a separate revision class after the completion of course.
8. To maintain the quality standards, students are required to clear examinations with a total percentage of above 60% to proceed to the next level.
9. Any person with previous knowledge of Spanish shall first undertake a Level Test to determine eligibility for admission in the course.
10. A certificate of completion by The Language Guardian will be provided once you clear the final assessment conducted by us.
11. E-Certificate will be issued via mail within 2 weeks of course completion. Hard copy of Certificate can also be availed through Courier after paying extra charges of 600.
12. In case of loss or misplacement of original certificates, issuing a duplicate certificate will incur an additional fee of Rs.600/-
13. Students are expected to maintain a proper conduct and always behave in dignified manner during the class.
14. The online classes will be conducted on the Zoom app or the Google Meet.
15. It is advised to join the class 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
16. It is recommended that students should have stable internet connection and avoid background disturbances as much as possible during the online sessions.
17. Student’s Misconduct with the teachers and the institute management may lead to the cancellation of student’s registration.
18. The student accepts that all decisions of the management of the institute will be final.
